Tabula manual menu (accessibility improvement) - LIVE 04/05/2023

Rebuild of Tabula Manual side menu to meet accessibility standards and remove Components Editor accessibility errors.

• Reduced number of nested <div> tags.
• Replaced links with relative URLs (possible because links are relative to the menu page, not the page that's using it as a feed)
• Rebuilt to meet accessibility guidelines:
  • Removed ARIA tags incorrectly referring to tablist.
  • Expandable section headings are now <button>s, and use correct accordion ARIA tags.
  • Changed .bome-button colours to increase contrast with text.
• Where possible, matches existing CSS styling, but adapted to improve e.g., contrast.

Also incorporated changes into a Visual Editor version of the main page; can't (yet) switch to CE for that, as too much relies on import of RH content from VisEd version
